I designed and developed an interactive visualization for the Information and Technology Innovation Foundation (ITIF) to illustrate the funding pathways for RD&D at the U.S. Department of Energy. We show how DOE energy RD&D spending has changed over time as well as how Congress is deciding to fund specific programs like Solar Energy, Fusion Energy Sciences, etc.
